India, Sept. 5 -- Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has been selected by the Government of Odisha to design and implement the Integrated Financial Management System (IFMS) 3.0, a next-generation public finance platform. The new system, built on cloud-native microservices architecture, will automate the state's budgeting, payments, receipts, and accounting processes, marking a major milestone in Odisha's digital governance journey.

TCS has partnered with Odisha since 2005, beginning with the Treasury Management System and later building IFMS 1.0 and 2.0. With IFMS 3.0, the state moves into a new phase that integrates artificial intelligence, analytics, and mobile-first accessibility for financial operations.
