India, June 24 -- The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has also brought forward a revolutionary program-Pratibha Setu, which aims at bridging the gap between high-performing applicants who attained all the UPSC examination levels but fell just under the final merit list, with employers both of the government and the private sector.
