India, June 30 -- Altimetrik has announced a definitive agreement to acquire SLK Software, a global technology services firm specialising in intelligent automation, analytics, and AI solutions. The deal is expected to close in the second half of 2025 and positions Altimetrik on an accelerated path toward its target of reaching $1 billion in annual revenue.

The acquisition will combine Altimetrik's AI-first, platform-native engineering model with SLK's full-stack technology services. Together, the firms aim to modernise enterprise platforms and enable faster digital transformation for clients across sectors.
