India, July 2 -- Accenture has acquired SYSTEMA, a Dresden-based provider of software solutions for manufacturing automation, strengthening its capabilities in the semiconductor and high-tech sectors. SYSTEMA brings deep experience in connecting legacy and modern production systems, particularly for clients in semiconductor manufacturing.
The acquisition is part of Accenture's strategy to address growing demand for digital engineering and industrial automation, especially in Europe, where semiconductor players face pressure to scale production without building entirely new facilities.
