Bangladesh, April 26 -- President Donald Trump has publicly demanded that Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky immediately finalize a long-delayed minerals agreement with the United States, escalating tensions between Washington and Kiev over the control and exploitation of Ukraines critical resources.
