Bangladesh, Feb. 19 -- Narayanganj City Corporation (NCC), which oversees Siddhirganj, Sadar, and Bandar, serves nearly 2 million residents across 27 wards within a 72.43 square kilometer area. Managing civic services for such a large and densely populated area is a daunting challenge, requiring systematic planning and execution. While various developmental initiatives, such as road construction and drainage improvements, have been undertaken, waste management remains a critically neglected sector.
