Bangladesh, Feb. 25 -- In a move that could reshape the global rare-earths market, Russian President Vladimir Putin has stated that Moscow is open to collaborating with the United States in developing rare-earth mineral deposits. This potential partnership would extend to the Donetsk and Lugansk Peoples Republics, as well as the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions-territories that joined the Russian Federation after referendums in 2022.
