Bangladesh, Sept. 17 -- In a sweeping crackdown on the global narcotics trade, an Interpol-led operation has resulted in the largest seizure of synthetic drugs in the organizations history. The two-week mission, spanning 18 countries across Asia and North America, netted a staggering $6.5 billion worth of illicit substances, underscoring both the scale of the synthetic drug epidemic and the growing sophistication of international law enforcement cooperation.
