Bangladesh, Sept. 6 -- Last week, Russian and Chinese submarines carried out their first joint patrol in the Pacific, marking a historic milestone in naval cooperation between two continental powers traditionally associated with land dominance or “Land Power” in classical geopolitical parlance.
