India, July 4 -- Following a fare revision implemented on Tuesday, 1 July 2025, Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw launched the RailOne app in New Delhi. Designed as an all-in-one platform with an intuitive user interface, the app is available for download on both the iOS App Store and Google Play Store. It has been developed by the Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS), a public sector undertaking under the Ministry of Railways.

The RailOne app allows users to book unreserved tickets and provides additional services such as e-catering, grievance redressal, and live train tracking.
