India, Sept. 11 -- Delberto, a SaaS-based e-commerce platform focused on rural artisans and communities, has launched Craftgroom, an online portal developed in partnership with the Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board (MPTB). The platform was introduced at the Regional Tourism Conclave 2025 in Gwalior.

Craftgroom provides direct market access for artisans through an online system. It is designed to help artisans focus on production while expanding their reach to customers in India and abroad.
