India, June 19 -- A new report from the Capgemini Research Institute, titled "AI in Action: How Gen AI and Agentic AI Redefine Business Operations", reveals that artificial intelligence is now delivering measurable returns on investment (ROI), with organisations reporting an average return of nearly 1.7 times. The report emphasises that this success is paving the way for broader implementation of agentic AI systems. Among early adopters of generative AI (Gen AI), around 30% have already integrated AI agents into their operations. Agentic AI projects are expected to increase by 48% by the end of 2025.
