India, April 30 -- The buzz around Artificial Intelligence (AI) is not just hype anymore, especially within the demanding world of Telecommunications and Cloud Service Providers across the Asia-Pacific (APJ) region. According to the latest IDC CIO Playbook 2025, commissioned by Lenovo, Asia-Pacific telecommunications and CSPs are moving beyond pilot projects to embed AI at scale, fueling network optimisation, predictive maintenance, and richer customer experiences.
