Tashkent, April 6 -- Uzbekistan intends to introduce an anti-corruption compliance control system at all oil and gas companies.

A recent presidential decree provides for hiring highly qualified foreign experts and specialists, including compatriots abroad, to the oil and gas industry enterprises.

The licensing of activities in the oil and gas industry will be improved and simplified.

The state will increase its share in the charter capital of JSC Uzbekneftegaz and Uzkimyosanoat.

$250 million worth credit funds will be raised from the Silk Road Fund (China) and foreign commercial banks, as well as $400 million from export credit agencies to finance hydrocarbon production in 2017-2021.
