U.S., April 10 -- Despite what most people want to believe there are people who travel for the purpose of engaging in sexual acts with a minor. There are many reasons for this social sickness, ranging from the belief that people in the lesser developed world are inferior to the notion that the child predator believes that a child is more likely to be virginal. No matter how one views the social sickness of sexual exploitation, it is always crime.
