U.S, Jan. 8 -- Europe's event-driven tourism sector recorded strong growth in 2025, with overall tourism spending linked to events increasing by 7% year on year, underlining the continued appeal of live experiences and their growing economic importance for destinations and local communities.
A new pan-European analysis of event tourism trends examined how different event types-from sports and concerts to exhibitions and conferences-contribute to tourism spending.
