Us, Dec. 17 -- Emirates is accelerating the global rollout of its Premium Economy product, confirming that retrofitted Boeing 777 aircraft will begin serving Beirut and Beijing in early 2026, as competition intensifies among Middle Eastern and international carriers for premium leisure, diaspora, and business travelers.

From 6 January 2026, Emirates' refurbished Boeing 777s will operate flights EK953/954 between Dubai and Beirut, introducing Premium Economy and the airline's latest 1-2-1 Business Class configuration on the route for the first time.
