U.S., July 19 -- According to the SVS news agency, a sudden thunderstorm caused a tourist boat by the name of Wonder Seas to capsize in Ha Long Bay, Vietnam, on Saturday, killing at least 34 people.
The vessel, carrying 48 passengers and five crew members, overturned due to strong winds during a sightseeing tour. Rescue workers have so far saved 11 survivors and recovered the bodies near the site, while search teams continue to locate eight missing individuals.
