Baramulla, May 16 -- A youth who was injured during the clashes in Pattan of the north Kashmir district, succumbed to his injuries on Wednesday night, official sources said here on Thursday morning.
They said Arshad Ahmad Dar, a resident of Chenbal had received head injury when clashes broke out at Chenabal, Pattan during protests against the rape of a 3-year-old girl in Sumbal area of Bandipora district on Monday. Dar was rushed to local hospital from where he was referred to S K Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS).
However, the youth died in the hospital last night, they said.
