Hyderabad, Jan. 14 -- With 276 new COVID-19 infections reported in Telangana until 2000 hours on Wednesday, the total number of cumulative cases reached 2,90,916 in the state so far.
The overall toll in the state as of Wednesday mounted to 1,572 after one more patient died of COVID-19 in the past 24 hours constituting a case fatality rate of 0.54 per cent as against the countrywide mortality rate of 1.4 per cent, according to a state health department bulletin here on Thursday.
The number of people who have recuperated from Coronavirus so far in the state surged to 2,84,849 as 238 people have recovered from the deadly virus between Tuesday and Wednesday pushing the state's recovery rate to 97.91 per cent while the National recovery rate w...
