Patna, July 14 -- RLSP president and former Union Minister Upendra Kushwaha today said that changes proposed to be made in norms for issuance of Students Credit Card would jeopardise the careers of large number of students studying in institutions outside Bihar.
Mr Kushwaha told media persons here that Nitish Kumar government had decided to effect changes in norms for Students Credit Card under which only such students would be eligible for availing the facilities of loan for studies in institutions which had been given minimum level of grade-A by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) or having Accreditation from National Board of Accreditation (NBA).
