New Delhi, June 20 -- UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi, Congress president Rahul Gandhi, SP chief Akhilesh Yadav and BSP president Mayawati were conspicuous by their absence in the dinner hosted by Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the Members of Parliament, on Thursday. Though all MPs of the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha were invited by the Parliamentary Affairs Ministry, the Rashtriya Janata Dal and BSP MPs skipped the dinner, hosted by the Prime Minister at Ashoka Hotel. However, the event was attended by a number of leaders from Congress, including Leader of Opposition in the Rajya Sabha Ghulam Nabi Azad and Leader of Congress in the Lok Sabha Adhir Ranjan Chaudhry.
