Mumbai, Jan. 21 -- Realty player Prestige Group is investing Rs 115 crore to develop a premium luxury project in Kochi, having an estimated sales of Rs 170 crore.
The project, named Prestige Eden Garden, marks the Bengaluru-based company's foray into the Kochi market, the company said in a statement issued here.
According to the company, the construction work on the project, entailing an investment of Rs 115 crore, will commence from March this year and is scheduled to be completed by December 2025.
Spread across one acre, the project is a well-planned contemporary residential community, and will consist of 112 premium units with a combination of 3 and 4 bedroom apartments.
