New Delhi, Oct. 18 -- Senior Congress leader and former Finance Minister P Chidambaram on Sunday appealed to people in Bihar and other poll-bound states to choose hope over fear, unity over division and truth over lies in the elections.
In a series of tweets, Chidambaram, referring to the remarks of Mr Joe Biden, Democratic candidate in the US elections that people of the US were choosing hope over fear, unity over division and truth over lies in the elections, said that people of Bihar and other states where bypolls are being held should take a similar vow.
