Mamallapuram (Tamil Nadu), Oct. 11 -- Despite straints in relationship over Kashmir after China seemed to take Pakistani side and India making it clear that no third country has any right to speak on its internal matters, those in the know of things maintain that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's second Informal Summit with Chinese President Xi Jinping will not be confined to one or two issues.

"There have been frequent contacts at top levels. This meet in Chennai and Mamallapuram will be the third meeting between PM Modi and President Xi Jinping in recent months. There is readiness on both sides to maintain and advance such contacts and build personal connect," a government source said.
