Mysuru, Sept. 10 -- Karnataka Minister for Tourism and senior BJP leader C T Ravi today said that former Minister and senior Congress leader D K Shivakumar should not become emotional over his arrest by Enforcement Directorate.
Speaking to newsmen here on Tuesday, he said nobody is above the law, if any one thinks he or she is beyond the law, it is an insult to the constitution of the country.
