Gangtok, July 11 -- Nabin Kiran, convener of Sikkim Subject Committee has declared that he will be resorting to Dharna or judiciary with his supporters if the decision on defector MLAs, going from opposition to ruling is not given now.
He led a group of activists to Sikkim Assembly wondering the delay in decision on their petition. He has submitted a memorandum to the Speaker L B Das, highlighting his Constitutional obligation to deal with disqualification of defector MLAs and the authorities have been reminded that it is now more than a year that petition was filed.
