Panaji, Oct. 10 -- Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant on Thursday began his tour in poll-bound Maharashtra where he is scheduled to hold election meetings.
The Chief Minister is scheduled to hold meetings in Kolhapur, Sangli, Satara, Karad and Mumbai areas.
Speaking to reporters on Wednesday, the Chief Minister had said he would be participating in corner meetings and interaction with youngsters.
''Tomorrow morning, I will be leaving on the Maharashtra tour," he had said.
According to sources, the Chief Minister would visit Kolhapur on October 10 where he would meeting members of youth wing of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). He would also address a rally.
