Jalgaon, Aug. 1 -- The Jalgaon district of Maharashtra reported nine casualties due to novel coronavirus and 285 fresh infection cases on Saturday, a district health official said.
With this, the district's overall infection tally spiked to 11,388 and 527 casualties.
According to the latest report of district administration, the fresh cases include highest i e 75 in Jalgaon city followed by Jamner-35, Chalisgaon-27, Jalgaon Rural-18, Bhusawal-12, Amalner-16, Chopra-20, Pachora-23, Bhadgaon-11, Dharangaon-25, Yaval-1; Raver-9, Parola-6, Muktainer-6 and other district-1.
Meanwhile, as many as 285 patients were completely cured and discharged from the hospitals across that pushed the total number of recoveries to 7,841.
