Thrissur, Jan. 14 -- Maintaining a steady opposition, Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan on Tuesday lambasted the Narendra Modi government for it's resolve to implement the Constitution (Amendment) Act and alleged that the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) was implementing it's agenda of a religion-based nation, by continuously rejecting the secular credentials enshrined in the Constitution.
