Puducherry, Feb. 14 -- Karaikal District Collector Vikranth Raja IAS has been transferred and posted as the secretary to the chief minister, an official statement said on Friday.
According to the notification, Puducherry district collector T Arun IAS has been allotted the post of Chief Executive Officer, Puducherry Smart City development Ltd in addition to the charge held by him Mrs Soumya IAS secretary to the government was given additional charges of General Administration, and Information technology.
