Puducherry, Oct. 7 -- Alleging that Chief Minister V Narayanasamy has violated the Model Code of Conduct (MCC) which is in force for Kamaraj Nagar Assembly bypoll to be held on October 21, AIADMK legislature party leader A Anbazhagan on Monday said that his party would lodge a complaint to Election Commission of India in this regard.
