Kakinada, July 11 -- The seventh convocation of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada (JNTUK) will be held on July 27 .
Vice chancellor Prof Ramalingaraju told media persons here on Thursday that the Governor Narasimhan who is the chancellor has given his approval for holding the convocation on that date.
He said that B Prasadarao former chairman and Managing director of BHEL would be attending as the chief guest for the convocation and the JNTUK would be awarding doctorate to him on the occasion.
Apart from PhDs, Degrees would be awarded to the students of M. Tech, B.Tech, MCA, MBA, B. Pharmacy at the convocation, vice chancellor said.
