Aurangabad, Nov. 18 -- Union Minister of State for Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Raosaheb Danve has said that if today, Balasaheb Thackeray were alive, so present political situation for the government formation would not have been emerged in Maharashtra.

Mr Danve, a former state BJP president, was here to take stock of the situation in the affected villages in Nanded and Jalna district due to the recent rain furry. Talking to reporters, here on Sunday, he said that BJP- Shiv Sena alliance had fought election together in the state and people had given them a clear mandate to forn the government.
