Shimla, Aug. 1 -- Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur condoled the death of Sepoy Rohin Kumar who was killed during ceasefire violation by Pakistani Army on Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch on Saturday.
Kumar, a native of Himachal Pradesh, belonged to Galore Khas of tehsil Barsar.
"Martyr Rohin Kumar demonstrated unparalleled courage and devotion towards his duty. He was a true hero who has left an exemplary legacy of valour and supreme sacrifice," the chief minister said.
"I pray to the almighty to give strength to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss" he added.
