Kangra, Aug. 1 -- Two youths from Rajasthan drowned while taking selfie at Bathu Di Ladi in the deep waters of the Pong Dam in this district on Saturday, police said here.
Sub Divisional Police officer (SDPO) Jawali Omkar Chand told UNI that a group of eight persons had come from Hanumangarh, Rajasthan for plucking the Mango to Nagabari in this district. He said that they came to
visit Pong dam on Saturday morning and two of them were clicking selfies and slipped into the deep water and drowned.
SDPO said that the victims were identified as Mukesh Kumar, 18 son of Sita Ram and Amarjeet, 18, residents of Jhankhariwala in Hanumangarh district of Rajasthan.
