Hindu-Muslim harmony during Kisan Mahapanchayat appreciable step: Mayawati

Lucknow, Sept. 6 -- Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) national president Mayawati has targeted the Bharatiya Janata Party, Samajwadi Party and Congress on the backdrop of Kisan Mahapanchayat held in Muzaffarnagar on Sunday.

Ms Mayawati tweeted on Monday that the effort made for Hindu-Muslim communal harmony in the mahapanchayat of farmers is a very appreciable step.This will go a long way in healing the deep wounds of the Muzaffarnagar riots, she claimed.
