Mysuru, Sept. 8 -- In an attempt to give boost to Tourism sector, Karnataka State Tourism Development Corporation (KSTDC) will introduce Double Decker bus services between City of Palaces Mysuru and Heritage City Hampi by December this year. According to KSTDC sources a total of six buses would introduced in the first phase. The buses, built on the lines of Big Bus models in London, are expected to get good response from the Tourists. Following the success of the 'Open Bus' rides introduced during last year's Dasara celebrations, KSTDC has now decided to introduce double-decker buses in Mysuru. Former Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy had allocated Rs Five Crore for launching six Double Decker buses for sight-seeing in Mysuru and Hampi. Also...
