Bhopal, Aug. 13 -- Rajya Sabha Member and erstwhile Madhya Pradesh chief minister Digvijaya Singh averred on Tuesday that Pakistan-occupied Kashmir should become a de facto part of India.

"I oppose abrogation of Article 370. It would have been better if the opinion of Jammu and Kashmir's populace was solicited. I desire peace in that state but 'various types' of reports are emanating from there," the Congress leader said during an interaction with the press in the state capital.

Mr Singh again raised questions regarding the Pulwama attack and the Balakote airstrike.
