Chandigarh, Nov. 30 -- Haryana Governor-Chancellor Bandaru Dattatraya has congratulated the scientists of Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University (CCSHAU), Hisar, for developing the pedal operated maize sheller machine, patented by the Union Government, which will ensure that the dream of 'Local to Global' comes true.
Appreciating the path breaking efforts of CCSHAU scientists, Mr Dattatraya on Tuesday said that by inventing new technology and tools used in the field of agriculture, they have made farming much simpler and even a low cost affair for small and marginal farmers.
