Hyderabad, June 29 -- Telangana recorded 485 fresh cases of Covid-19 on Wednesday, pushing the overall case tally of the state to 8,00,476.
No fresh fatality occurred due to the infection in the past 24 hours and the toll continued to remain at 4,111.
A total of 236 persons recovered on Wednesday taking the cumulative Covid-19 recoveries in the state to 7,91,944 while the recovery rate currently stands at 98.93 per cent, according to a state health department bulletin here tonight.
The number of active cases in the state currently stand at 4,421.
Out of the 485 new infections, the highest ie. 251 were from Hyderabad, 73 from Sanga Reddy, 58 from Rangareddy and 37 from Medchal-Malkajgiri.
