New Delhi, Nov. 30 -- With an aim to have more efficient and scientific investigation in serious and heinous crimes, the Union Home Ministry has given fillip to capacity building to Forensic Sciences laboratories in the country.
Recently, the Ministry has decided to enhance the capacity of six Central Forensic Science Laboratories under the Directorate of Forensic Science Services in the area of forensic psychology involving external experts.
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has also been signed between New Delhi based Directorate of Forensic Science Services, and Institute of Behavioural Sciences, Gujarat Forensic Science University (GFSU) at Ahmedabad on November 28 to jointly carry out research activities in the area of forensic psyc...
