Budget merely rely upon whooping borrowing, silent about resource mobilisation: Mukesh Agnihotri

Shimla, Feb. 11 -- Second Budget of Jai Ram Thakur government presented on Feb 9 in the state assembly was merely relying upon the whooping borrowing and silent about the resource mobilisation, said leader of Opposition Mukesh Agnihotri after post launch budget session here on Monday.

Mr Agnihotri said that entire budget speech of Jai Ram Thakur failed to mentioned the size of budget and measures to balance it.

He targeted at Thakur Government that you have just mentioned that fiscal deficit is estimated at Rs 7,352 Cr but did not balance this and how much loan you are relying upon.
