Shimla, Sept. 11 -- Former Union Minister Bandaru Dattatraya took oath as the Governor of Himachal Pradesh at Raj bhavan here on Tuesday.
The oath of office was administered by Chief Justice of Himachal Pradesh High Court V Ramasubramanian at 1100 hrs.
President of India Ram Nath Kovind on Septemeber 1 issued the appointment of Bandaru Dattatreya as 27th Governor of Himachal replacing Mr Kalraj Mishra, who has been transferred to Rajasthan in place of former Governor Kalayan Singh, recently.
