Puducherry, Sept. 17 -- As many as 323 more persons were tested positive for the Coronavirus and 13 patients died in the Union Territory since the last 24 hours.
There are 4,744 active cases ending at 10 AM on Thursday.
According to the COVID 19 status released by the Health Department here, 216 new cases were reported in Puducherry region, 68 in Karaikal region, 30 In Yanam region and 9 in Mahe region.
As many as 330 persons were discharged in the last 24 hours. Of them, 317 were from Puducherry region,10 from Yanam region and three from Mahe region.
Of the 13 deaths, ten were reported in Puducherry region and three in Karaikal region.
