Dhaka, June 11 -- Bangladeshi opener Tamim Iqbal said he believes a good innings will change his lean appearance in the ongoing World Cup.

He appeared in all the matches in this World Cup for Tigers but returned three low scores. Tuesday's game against Sri Lanka was washed out because of rain.

"I think I'll be up and running if I score in the next couple of games," he told the media recently.

Tamim blamed his own expectations from himself as the reason behind his poor form in the World Cup.

"Those who are close to me will understand how I'm feeling now. It's my expectation that's creating pressure on me. I don't want to go back to those days (2015 World Cup, when Tamim was really poor in the field). I hope the people will forget every...
