The city of lights boasts more than 800 fine dining restaurants and more than 140 five-star hotels per every 38 square miles, according to a study by online crypto casino JB that was shared with Travel + Leisure, making it the world's best city for luxury living. The city also has an abundance of luxury stores with more than 150 per 38 square miles, and even has 7,300 millionaires per 100,000 residents.

"Paris positions itself as an all-inclusive destination for those looking for luxury experiences in Europe," JB wrote in its study.
