India, Nov. 17 -- The US administration is eyeing a new immigration policy that can gravely impact the green card applications and immigration benefits for people from countries that already come under the White House travel ban list. The draft guidance, though not finalised yet, will likely direct the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to consider 'country-specific factors' from the travel ban as 'significant negative factors' when assessing the applications.
