India, Sept. 2 -- Journey through culture, food, and some of the continent's best bars at Keong Saik Road, a prominent lifestyle hub in Singapore. Back in the 1960s, this one-way stretch, located in Chinatown, was a red-light district. However, in the 1990s, Keong Saik Road underwent a revival, reshaping its image and destiny with the opening of chic boutique hotels, boundary-pushing bars, and coffee shops straight out of Pinterest. There was no looking back.

Connecting the New Bridge Road to Neil Road, Keong Saik Road greets visitors with vibrant shophouses fringed by 'five foot ways' (the roofed walkways along the shophouses), cosy brunch spots, and architecture that stirs up wonder.
