India, July 8 -- Thai VietJet Air, a low-cost carrier based in Thailand, is gearing up to boost the India-Thailand travel corridor by launching direct flights from Mumbai to Phuket. Commencing operations in August 2025, the flight route, operating four times a week, promises competitive fares. Currently, Thai VietJet Air offers daily flight services between Mumbai and Bangkok, and the Mumbai-Bangkok route will be the second for the airline along the India-Thailand air corridor.
